Fire Safety of Nuclear and Technological Facilities, Bilateral Meeting, Gölcük, Kocaeli, 2nd March 2020
The meeting on “Fire Safety of Nuclear and Technological Facilities” was held on 2nd March 2020 in Gölcük, Kocaeli with the participation of a group of nuclear safety experts from NUTEK and a group of fire and emergency training professionals from private sector whose members are mainly the retired employees of Naval Forces Command of Turkish Republic.
Following a warm welcome lunch hosted by Gölcük group, host experts made a technical presentation and shared their in-depth knowledge on fire safety experiences regarding industrial facilities and OSBs (organized industrial zones).
At the end of the meeting, both parties declared their agreement to cooperate and to act together for the development of a joint projects on Fire Safety of Nuclear and Technological Facilities.
