Since then, work has been further developing over the past decades based on insights and experiences gained from various environmental R&D projects as well as natural disasters in Türkiye and political conflicts in the region. In her concluding remarks she emphasised the importance of cooperation in emergency preparedness and risk communication issues among newcomer countries.
