International Conference on Nuclear Security is organized every four years by the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency). ICONS 2024 was held in Vienna with a wide participation under the theme "Shaping the Future". Conference included the Ministerial Segment, various technical sessions, side events and flash presentations.

We attended the conference with the work we prepared within the scope of the Nuclear Safety and Security projects we developed at NUTEK Energy. The paper titled “Building Security Culture in Newcomers -A Model Training Program Based on Risk Concern” prepared by B. G. Göktepe and F. İnce was presented at the “Capacity Building for Nuclear Security” session on May 23, 2024
